From Cape Elizabeth, South Portland, Portland:

Forest Avenue, Route 302 west through the city of Portland
Turn right on Riverside Industrial Parkway at traffic light
1.0 miles on left, look for SMEMS and Milliken Brothers Electrical Contractors sign

FROM the West and North (Parsonsfield, Standish, Gorham, etc):

Route 25 through Gorham into Westbrook
Route 25 (Brighton Avenue) take left at traffic light at intersection of Larrabee Road (McDonalds will be on your left)
At next traffic light turn left
Follow directions above from EXIT 48

From the East and coastal area (Bath, Brunswick, etc):

US Route 1 to I-295
Take EXIT 11 off I-295 in Falmouth to Maine Turnpike
Take Maine Turnpike NORTH to Exit 53
Follow directions above from Exit 53
